Swimming with Gram

On Wednesday, Gram had a long, long flight here, but she made it and we got her luggage after a wait in the customer service line....thank goodness! We stopped on the way home and got her something to eat, and then headed to bed.

Yesterday, we spent some time in the pool before Bill had to go to work and Brandon's soccer game. Brianna had previously been spooked and would not get in the pool, well a little fun with Great Gram and she got awfully brave and is again loving the pool & water!

Bill and Gram and the kids had a blast, Gram said it's been a long time since she's been swimming and she had a lot of fun...I am glad Bill got in and joined us before work! I got out a little early to take some pics and the video above :) We can't wait for Amy, Steve, Brayden & Preston to get here and join in the festivities!!!!

I spent my Father's Day with my family minus Cody who was with his dad at my Mother-in-law and grandparent's house in Wapato. They decided to give me the day off from cooking and prepared a huge meal that fed us all and they had plenty of left overs to feed them for a few days for sure. We had steaks, burges, dogs, fruit, veggies, baked beans, chips, cake and cheesecake! It was great and I truly appreciate my family and what they did for me today it was great and the food was wonderful and extremely filling. It was nice to spend the day with everyone and not even think about work or school for a day thank you everyone for your hard work and catering to me and Papa for the day we loved it and the Mariner's won again couldn't get much better than that!

Brandon rides his bike w/out training wheels.

Brandon has been getting better and better on his bicycle, last night I asked him if he wanted me to take his training wheels off and he said yes, we practiced a few times on the side walk, near the grass and then we were trying on the road....he rides like an old pro. :)

There are camera bugs among us!

Brandon takes after his mommy I suppose. I was suprised to find "extra" photos when I uploaded pics tonight, and I had to share.....Grandma Norma is showing her funny face, and mommy her new hair cut, meow is laying like a crazy kitty, and Toby hanging out on the couch where he is not suppose to be.

Brandon's Preschool Family Fun Day.

Brandon graduated from developemental preschool and to celebrat the preschool teachers had a family fun day where we got to see all the different things the kids did on any given day. It was a lot of fun, Brianna got to join in and Brandon was proud to show us all his friends and favorite things to do. Brandon will move onto ECAPP Preschool next year, which is a bigger classroom, with more students, and at a whole new school....I am nervous, but sure he will do just find.

Swimming

We cashed in some of our saved change and actually had enough to buy us this pool :) The little ones were begging for a bigger pool and with 90 degree weather, it seemed like a great idea. We got it all set up and everyone played and played in it this weekend. If you watch the video til the end, you'll be able to enjoy a "mini concert" by Ms. Brianna Hoke =)
