We headed down to the beach between 4 and 5 pm to get our spot set up for the firework show later that night. For the first time, we decided to have a campfire on the beach. Bill and Steven dug a pit for the fire and we picked up some free pine wood. Uncle Dennis got some kinnling and fire starters just in case. Carissa had read in a book one time that drift wood would burn different color flames so her and Becky went on a hunt for drift wood...which btw does not burn a different color :)
