Ocean Park holds an Annual "Old Fashion Fourth of July Parade." We have never attended, but with Brandon and Brianna never attending a parade before and seeminly at the perfect age, we decided to see if anyone else would want to go - again Cody and Steven did not want to go....Aunt Carol doesn't do parades, so her, Uncle Dennis, Grandma, Grandpa, Eddie, and the boys stayed behind. We had a ball, it was so "old fashioned" and fun. The kids had fun and we all saw something that we have never, ever seen before in our lives! There was a Grocery Cart Drill Team - I kid you not, they performed to music, routines that included their grocery carts, it didn't occur to me until they were well past us that I should have video taped it so I had proof! :)
