Cody has always loved flying kites. He and my Uncle Dennis spend hours flying kites while on our annual 4th of July trip to Long Beach. Brandon has never taken a special interest in the flying of kites until this past weekend. Cody, Ashley, & Darrick Jr. were out flying kites and Brandon was "amazed". Bill picked Brandon up an Elmo kite at Walmart for a whopping .97Cents and Brandon fell in love! He was such a big boy flying his kite all by himself! Becky and Carissa really were troopers helping Darrick Jr especially untangle his mess of tangles constantly! Brandon loves flying kites and asks every day " can I go fly my Elmo kite now?" We are looking forward to a great 4th of July trip to Long Beach and seeing Cody and Brandon share their love for kites, and just like always we are sure Uncle Denny will be by their sides helping all the kids who want to fly their kites too, and untangling Darrick Jr's mess of a line :) Poor kid, that is one thing he is great at, making a tangled mess !!! Hee Hee!
