Saturday proved to be a long, difficult day - no sooner did we get started painting the great room and it was time for Bill to go to work, Brandon got the awful "flu bug" that is going around this family like the plague. It was awful, the living room was torn apart, he was vomiting and well, I'll spare you the other details, let's just say it was not a good thing.....he was soooooooo sick. Again, Carissa stuck with it and Cody helped with Brianna and Carissa and I took turns - she would tape and trim an area out while I held Brandon, then we would switch and I would paint the area while she held Brandon. We kept the laundry and cleaning up of "flu symptoms" going constantly and we were all exhausted at 3:30 AM when Bill finally got home and we all went to bed. Everything is back in order, pictures and decorations back in place and the house put back together.....I took the opportunity to "deep clean" everything as we went and feel very satisfied with our finished "great room" and other common areas. We had a very busy, busy few days, late nights, but I really like how everything turned out! We even rearranged a few things :)
