Since we moved into our home, I have envisioned the kitchen being red....Bill was not on board at first, but when I explained to him how everything would tie in together, he agreed to give it a try! Carissa was the savior with this paint job - I could not have done it without her. Since my ankle break in March I have a few limitations, one of which is NO LADDER CLIMBING....oh sure I gave it a try a few time, ya - that did not work. Usually Carissa does the taping, and trim as she hates to use the rollers, but to my delight she was willing to see it through and help get this kitchen painted red. Every since her fall last year while flying with the cheer squad she prefers to stay grounded, but she was a trooper and even though we had one scary moment when the ladder slipped, due in large part to Brandon trying to climb it from below while she was up high, she pressed through it and got the job done! I have to mention that Cody was a huge help, no not with the painting, but helping to keep the little kids occupied most of the time! The kitchen looks great and Bill LOVES it! VICTORY!!!!!
